What do I actually receive?

You receive a private dashboard with mode-specific deliverables such as mood board summary, colour palette, typography direction, invitation or website direction, styling notes, and social kit output depending on the package you choose.

How quickly are outputs prepared?

Once payment is confirmed, the order is created immediately and deliverables begin moving through pending, in progress, and ready states inside the dashboard. Timing can vary slightly depending on package and generation review.

Do I need a full brief?

No. A mood, selected tags, one written line, and your uploaded references are enough to begin. WEDMODE is designed to turn taste and atmosphere into a structured direction.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Orders are only treated as paid after webhook confirmation on the backend.

What is included in Social Kit?

These terms cover package purchases, custom enquiries, uploads, dashboard access, and generated deliverables provided through the live WEDMODE site.

Service scope

WEDMODE provides wedding direction, mood-led deliverables, and custom enquiry handling through this site. Outputs are generated from the details, selections, and uploaded references provided by the customer.

Orders and payment

Fixed-price packages are charged through Stripe. Orders are treated as confirmed only after payment is successfully recorded by the backend and webhook flow. WEDMODE package purchases use instant checkout and secure dashboard delivery.

Customer content

By uploading images or reference material, you confirm you have the right to use and share that content for the purpose of generating your wedding direction and related deliverables.

Deliverables

Generated deliverables are provided as creative direction materials. Timing may vary based on package and operational review. WEDMODE may update, retry, or regenerate outputs where technically necessary.

How customer data is handled.

This policy explains what WEDMODE stores when customers submit a brief, upload inspiration images, pay for a package, or open a secure dashboard link.

What we collect

  • Name and email entered during checkout or enquiry
  • Mode, package, mood tags, written description, and wedding date
  • Uploaded inspiration images and the generated deliverable files
  • Payment state and Stripe session references needed to confirm orders

Why we use it

We use this information to create and deliver the purchased or requested wedding direction, provide dashboard access, confirm payment, and support customer communication related to the order.

Storage and access

Order records, uploaded assets, and generated outputs are stored by the WEDMODE backend. Dashboard access is protected by a tokenized link so paid and enquiry data are not exposed through the front-end route alone.

Third parties

Stripe is used for payment processing. Other service providers may be used for transactional messaging or hosting where configured. Payment card details are not collected directly in the WEDMODE front end.

Operational providers such as Stripe may set their own cookies or use equivalent browser storage when handling secure checkout and fraud prevention.

How to manage it

You can clear browser cookies or local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may remove saved step data and require the order flow to be started again.
